Poised for some walking in a miniskirt down the main drag at Sturgis as the sun sets in the west. It's that special time of day when the
light turns golden and the photographers like the glow that the scene takes on. It almost has a desert Southwest look to it, and is found at its
best in late summer and early fall. Another good time to see this in the northern Plains is on the prairie just west of the mountains during
early autumn when the grass turn a luxusious tan color which really catches the sun on the sunny afternoons. It is a light color, and a deep one.
