It may be a standoff
of sorts where the people involved take a good look at each other
and take part in the cool life in a very friendly
way which others observe, as well. Notice the look of the while filter
on the one, and the beads hanging on the other. All are part of
the standard articles used and worn by quite a few people at the rally.
And there is the wrist band which I can't quite place, but it is
either for a concert or a campground. Both of which are saddled with
huge numbers of people this time of year. And which are great fun.
